Question:

What are the steps involved in getting an estimate on the work we need done to our house?

Answer:

First, an appointment time would have to be scheduled where one of our sales representatives can meet you to discuss exactly what your needs and expectations are.  Next, measurements will need to be taken and an examination of the areas in question will be made.  Our sales representative can then suggest a product or products that fit into your budget and demonstrate those products there in the comfort of your own home.  To do this, Superior will need as much detailed information as possible at the time of setting the original appointment.  At this point, a decision can be made to go ahead with the work and purchase the product(s) or you may need to think things over and/or possibly arrange for your own financing depending on the situation.

Question:

I have looked at your website and talked to someone at your office on the phone. I am pretty sure I know what I want. How do I go about making the purchase?

Answer:

Call back to our office and schedule an appointment - OR - contact our Sales Manager using the Contact Form here on the website to get your initial consultation scheduled. A member of our sales staff will bring samples of the product(s) you are interested in to your home to make sure that the product(s) will suit your needs and quote an installed price including material, tax, labor, and cleanup. You can then decide if you would like to make the purchase.

Question:

How long does it take to get my windows, siding, or doors installed after I place my order?

Answer:

It usually takes a couple of weeks to get windows custom made or all of necessary siding accessories together before we can start your job. From this point, Superior can usually side most homes in a week or replace all of the windows in a home in a matter of a day. Usually we are able to have the windows, siding, or doors installed on your home within 30 days of your date of order.

Question:

I recently purchased windows from Superior and I was just wondering what I would have to do to my home before the windows were installed?

Answer:

When Superior calls to inform you that we are ready to do the installation of your product(s), the details would be gone over at that time depending on what was getting installed and the specifics in the contract. The biggest help is when a homeowner would simply remove all blinds and curtains the night before the crew is to arrive for the installation. That usually is the most we ask the homeowners to do.
